Cooking, colour and breakfast for young chefs

Breakfast Makers is a creative cooking workshop where children become the chefs of their own breakfast. Part of the Culinary Lab collection, this activity shows kids, in a hands-on and engaging way, that healthy eating can also be delicious.

Through visual, colourful and easy-to-make recipes, children discover the importance of a balanced breakfast and learn about the benefits of different food groups: fruit, cereals, dairy and protein.

Benefits of including Breakfast Makers in your children’s programme

1. Turns breakfast into a fun and educational experience

Children actively take part in preparing healthy recipes, helping them understand and appreciate what they eat. They learn without even realising… and they eat everything they make.

2. Reinforces healthy habits during the holidays

This activity connects with balanced eating routines in a non-preachy way. It shows that healthy food can be tasty, simple and very appealing.

3. Encourages autonomy and creativity in young children

Participants handle ingredients, mix flavours and decorate their own creations—boosting their confidence and stimulating their imagination.

4. Ideal for enriching the miniclub with themed and educational activities

It can be offered as a weekly workshop, part of a “Gastronomy Week”, or a special event for families.

5. Positive image for the hotel: values, education and wellbeing

Offering this type of activity positions the hotel as a space committed to children’s wellbeing, family values and educational entertainment.
