We present 6 recipes, one per day, prepared by an expert in nutrition and naturopathy.
Every participant prepares the dishes and receives a gift kit which includes a recipe book, notebook, pen and apron. We lean and take notes about the benefits of each of the ingredients we use.
We add a new workshop which is also centred on raw ingredients. In Dip In we start to dunk and… we can’t stop!
We learn to make jams, compotes and sauces for crudités. A new offer that’s about licking your fingers in the healthiest way possible.

These workshops, which require an entertainer, are designed for family and adults-only hotels and may be offered at an extra cost.
